I've made huge changes to my website Fizzle & Pop including a whole new look, the removal of some useless pages and the addition of a gallery showing 51 illustrations that I made for Illustration Friday between January 2006 and July 2007.
Now that I have finished with my taxes for 2007 (don't ask) and no longer have that nagging at my noodle, I'm going to return to creating something... just not entirely sure what yet. It may be a return to Illustration Friday, or it may be more shirt design entries into the Woot derby. Or both. Or neither. All I know is I'm getting the itch to make art and it's about damned time.
For anyone wondering about how it went with my tooth, here's the news. They built it back up and were putting the finishing touches on it when it cracked again and pieces rained into the back of throat. They got most of them out with the sucker tube, but there was one little bit way at the back that I could feel getting ready to slide down and I had no way to tell them. So they went about rebuilding it with a different material, while I concentrated on not swallowing the tooth piece. So, yeah, I swallowed it. At the end of it all, the dentist said the procedure was "a bear" and he wants me to come back in no later than mid April to get the tooth capped. For the next two days my throat felt like it had been raped, but I'm mostly better now. Other than the horrid cold I've had for the last week.
